2025 - Rewinding my Running !!!

I started with a High note in 2025 by particpating in the Vagamon Ultra Trail and completed on time. It was a 36 KM run. Post run i started some of the strength training and interval training and continued till march and april.

Some how it started derailing due to mutliple reasons. But then post novemeber i managaged to steer it back on track.

December was a consistent inspite of multiple travel i ensured that i dont miss 2 consecutive days. Will continue  to Maintain  this streak.



Plans for 2026:

1. Dont miss 2 Consecutive days, Minimum 2.5 Kms/ Day to be clocked.

2.Enroll in Local Event ( Bangalore) till March

3. Focus on the Pace + Consistency

4. One FM / One Ultra - Timed run to be done.
